Hello, my name is Valentin. I recently completed my apprenticeship as a computer scientist at iart ag in Basel. iart is a media architecture studio that enhances spaces with digital technology to create new experiences.
During my apprenticeship, I was able to gain valuable practical experience and develop my skills, particularly in the areas of IT infrastructure, system administration and network management. In the service team, I also strengthened my skills in dealing with customers and demonstrated my strengths in teamwork, reliability, initiative and perseverance in solving problems.
Since 2022, I have been working on my 4U project, in which I realise my own projects and make them available to the community as useful tools. I also volunteer at anrufkultur, where I programmed the website and continue to provide technical support.

anrufkultur
As a proud member of Association anrufkultur, I contribute to its mission of making culture accessible to all. My primary role within the association is as a cameraman, specifically for guided tours of museums designed for the visually impaired. These tours offer a unique way to connect audiences with cultural experiences. In addition to my role behind the camera, I was also entrusted with the development of anrufkultur website. While the layout and design were provided by the association, I took charge of building and configuring the site using Webflow. This allowed me to translate the design into a fully functional and responsive online platform.
4U
As part of my work, I created the startup 4U and developed a sleek and modern one-page website using Vue.js. This website serves as the central hub for showcasing our projects and introducing 4U to everyone who is interested.

My first website
The project involves using an API to obtain information about a tram station. This information is displayed in a table on a website. The purpose of the project is to provide real-time information about the arrival times of trams at the station.
